Team Balancing / Last Joined

I'd like to see if there is a means by which we can keep our platoon together.

On the S&H Rush server, I often will "Join" on a platoon member, only to get team switched immediately upon joining.

Is there any way to keep a 4-man squad together without getting team switched on the basis of when I joined the server?

we are looking into a better rcon tool that will have a better team scramble and auto balancer hope to find out soon.if a admin is on you can ask them to move you when its balanced.
