Due to my work schedule, it may not be possible to attend the meetings. However, I might still be able to sit in on the meeting, I just won't be able to talk due to the nature of my job. But I will try.

No problem. We understand that work/life comes before casual gaming. See you when time permits.

Another weekend of double XP points on our ranked BF3 servers!

As a community, we have agreed to increase our 16 slot Close Quarters server to a 24 slot Close Quarters conquest server. Our account was prorated $10.48 for the upgrade. Our new monthly server bill is $205.71 due June 25th, our current S&H bank account is $407.31.

We appreciate all donations large or small. If you cannot donate monetarily, you can always help us get the servers started.

We have added scrolling messages to our conquest server that intentional ramming with the jets will get you kicked, repeat offenses will result in a ban.

as far as hard brake key bind we as admins step in and take action we cant put something in place to monitor it in game it has to be a case by case action.

please make your admins aware of a dominating person then step back and have some patience so that we can justify the action we take if there is an appeal.

also please do not engage in any ingame flaming of people even if they are doing it towards you or others let an admin take care of the offenders.

if someone is on teamspeak and you suspect them of cheating please dont start a verbal battle with them let an admin know and they will take care of it.

there is now server side ping balanceing to compensate for high ping players



the vote map is having some issues at night when the reset happens will turn it on tonight and see if it stays on in the morning

when servers do nightly restart thay reset back to default this is being looked into by our admins please be patient.

ticket count problems are being looked into also.



server bill is 205.74 due the 25th current bank 230.19 please send in those donations a little or a lot doesnt matter all helps out thank you for your continued support

hows everyone liking close quarters

some find it quite addictive we would like more maps come out in the future

there has been some lag over the servers from ea back servers hope that clears up soon

should we put a poll up about removing the round of gunmaster in close quarters for now were gonna double the rotation leaving the gunmaster in but
you wont come across it but once every 2 hours

In the Close quarters server do you want a) no gunmaster round, b)1 gunmaster round per 4 regular maps, c)1 gun master round per 8 regular maps (2x4 regular maps)"

there is a plugin that when you join teamspeak in the lobby then you join a game it puts you in a room with
the others in that game then when the game is over it puts you back into the lobby we will be discussing it in the
admin meeting

at this time when the new armored kill comes out well be using the airmaps server to host it unless the poll this week shows
that the community is against it this will be a temporary change for the time being to try out the new armored kill.

we need to be mindfull of our comments in game let an admin handle any problems and be respectfull of all players

Server changes:
Armored Kill maps removed from Rush 48 server.
Air Maps server converted to Armored Kill 64.
Close Quarters 24 server eliminated for lack of interest.
New server bill $177.12 due on 25OCT2012.

At the community meeting Thursday, 11OCT2012, all in attendance decided it would be a good idea to improve our Armored Kill server by adding all the Air Maps back into rotation. We will have both Armored Kill maps mixed with Air Maps. The server will be listed as an AK/B2K server, but the title now reads: *Strength & Honor* HC Air Maps 1000 tickets.

This gaming community will not succeed if we allow any one individual the power to control our fate. We play by a different set of rules here at S&H. We are a community, not a clan! Any concerns that negatively impact our community, or ideas for improving our community, will be presented to the Admins during the Thursday Night Community Meeting. We will open the first 30 minutes of the Thursday Night Community Meeting by listening to comments and suggestions from the gaming community and try to make decisions as a group. Immediately following the meeting, the Admins will meet for 30 minutes to make any changes to our servers or website. Granted, all questions may not get answered every Thursday night. Decisions needing more time will be carried to the following Thursday for further discussion. If you would like to participate in community discussions, please make yourself available in Teamspeak for our Thursday Night Community Meetings.

As per meeting... It was unanimous that we cancel the secondary CQ server, and reduce the Rush to 32... No objections.. Upon release of BF4, we will consider re-instating the servers to reflect interest and participation...

Donations are still necessary as we look into the future of the Battlefield series....
