We are a community, not a clan! If you would like to participate in community discussions, please make yourself available for our Thursday Night Community Meetings. This gaming community will not succeed if we allow any one individual the power to control our fate. We play by a different set of rules here at S&H. Any concerns that negatively impact our community, or ideas for improving our community, will be presented to the Admins during the Thursday Night Community Meeting. Presenting ideas that effect our community in private will only create animosity, favoritism, and drama within the community. This is strongly discouraged. We will open the first 30 minutes of the Thursday Night Community Meeting by listening to comments and suggestions from the gaming community and try to make decisions as a group. Immediately following the meeting, the Admins will meet for 30 minutes to make any changes to our servers or website. Granted, all questions may not get answered every Thursday night. Decisions needing more time will be carried to the following Thursday for further discussion.

I apologize for leaving at the end of all the meetings and missing the first half of the admin meeting. I have to run an errand for my church every thursday night at 8:45, Then I return home around 9:15.

sorry about missing the meeting tonight. I would have come but my boss made me work an extra four hours which brought me to 7:00pm and the last customer didn't leave until quarter after :/ and i'm also one of the people helping to train the new girl so i had to teach her how to close. So that took longer than usual. As a result i didn't get home until after 8pm (so i had already missed the meeting the main meeting because i'm MST) and i hadn't eaten yet. I didn't finish eating until about 8:45 ish...
I've also been dealing with a recent break up that is affecting me more than i expected... dumped through a text message as well as got swore at and pretty much lied to me about wanting a relationship so i haven't been the happiest of people lately and i haven't able to go to sleep until like 4 in the morning. I'm not looking for a pity party from you guys but i figured i owed you an explanation (also just in case i, for whatever reason, get short with you guys on ts) I will be probably be leaving my Procon alone unless somebody really needs me.

Ill be a little late. I wont be home from work until 6:45 PST. Ill just half to play catch up.

I am sorry; however, I will not be able to attend this evening.

Please make yourself available for our Thursday night community meeting as we celebrate the success of our Battlefield 3 server and the release of Karkand Expansion Pack. It is important for all members and admins to participate in our community meetings as we collectively seek ways to improve. We are a gaming community not a clan, therefore any changes that directly effect our community funds, servers, or website will be presented for community discussion every Thursday night. Together, we will make the right decisions to achieve the best results moving forward.

i ask again do we need all three servers?
summer and spring are not busy times ppl going out and not on as much.
all in favor of taking down the third server light up your lights... most lights lit
for infintry only to show up in battle logs its gonna be soft core only
we can set the vehicle respawns to over 700

general discussion of the third server option - biggest difficulty was trying
to get it populated after getting the first two up people tired not abel to
spend the extra time etc.

with summer comeing and all some of the maps are hard to get started

vote map pluging might help us identify which would be the best starter maps for rush server

maybe we should start uping the slots on the rush server to 48

Our most recent $162.72 server bill paid May 25th. S&H bank account currently at $252.42.

when the new 16 person server comes out were thinking of locking it down for the first few days for our
players to get a chance on it also we could invite other community groups to come to play it with us
to promote inter community goodwill

The rush server to 48 slots is working out great.

Need admins on late night to watch over the servers. Travis said he can give his number if anyone texts him he may be able to help out.
253 709 2891 "{S&H} Travis" ok so I can access both servers on my phone. So just text me and I'll see what I can do.

The bill for our servers is 177.12. Current balance in the acct is 241.38. Bill is due on the 25th of each month.

Any and all donations are greatly appreciated. All donations go directly to our server account. If we get lots of small donations it all adds up! if you cant support with money, your time helping get the servers started and participating in scheduled events are also a great way to show your support!
