server crash?

why will it crash with no explanation every 24 hours? what can NFO tell us? it pisses me off when it happens. its not a dump cause it restarts when it happens. then wont show up in the browser for 10 minutes or more.can we put in a tikit and ask WTF?

Ticket sent... I'll be watching for the reply.. Now, back to shopping for a new laptop since my daughter dropped her IPOD on mine and hosed the screen..

OK, here's the response from the ticket...

"While the stability of the game has improved it is by no means running well. Honestly a crash every 24 hours is doing abnormally well. We are still submitting all crash reports to EA/DICE automatically to do what we can, but unfortunately we are all in the same boat, waiting on them to fix their game."

get the screen replaced unless its old and not worth it

Thats what I wound up doing.. Ordered a new screen and put it in just last night... Didn't know I was going have to tear so far into the laptop just to replaced screen but, mission accomplished.. Only spent $40 so, I went ahead and ordered an android tablet at the same time..LoL
