DrViciousMD spends a lot of time in AA (stationary and mobile), so he can have some rounds with very high kills and low deaths. I've even seen some rounds where he had zero deaths (if he stays in the stationary AA or can keep the mobile repaired the whole round). He's a very good player and can be mistaken for hacking, if not aware of his awesome AA skills.
