Clearing up Country Times

Hey guys, as i am in Australia and use EAST time i was wondering what the rest of you use.
I would like to know this to get a better understanding of what the time is where you guys are so i can work out a good sleeping routine for the holidays/weekend
It just makes things a bit easier,
so maybe if someone could get back to me on that one
that would be great

yes, like L2 said, make sure your virtual life doesn't get in the way of your real life. For me i'm not always on, even in the summer and especially during the school year... i think i went like 4 months without ever going on ts at one point even...
Anyway, I'm MST time, and to be different like you, I'm a Canadian! haha
well... not much of a difference from the american peeps here but it's hard for me to catch them sometimes when i can get on.
