BF3 Install Problems

Would be online playing with you all, but I've run into problem after problem trying to install the game.

First off, "Origin" is a freaking joke. EA needs to get out of the digital download business. I don't want their crap on my PC. It caused it's own issues as it required me to install it before it would even let me install the game. Then I had issues even trying to GET it to install the game from the DVDs I bought.

After 30 minutes I got the install to start. An hour later, roughly, the game was at 85% installed and Origin informed me there was a disc error. Telling it to retry failed over and over. It told me to download the game through Origin online instead.

So I started over. Ughh.. download will take passed midnight so I won't be playing this evening. Pretty angry with EA right now. I've had nothing but trouble with them in the past. Would much rather have purchased this game through Steam, but EA didn't let Steam have access to it this go around.

And to think I bought the DVD version of the game intentionally to prevent this crap...

sry for your issues.i had a problem also i wasnt able to down load off origin i had to go buy a set of discs to get it to download.
