My BF1 beta impressions...

Really having fun with the game, runs smooth, many issues with engine fixed, graphics are good... So far, I see a lot of promise for this game becoming something we can rally around and have some great times again..

I personally will not be buying this game until maybe it comes on sale like hardline did. I absolutely did not like the beta what so ever. I believe that they gave the game WAY to much hype. It felt more like a console based game if that makes any sense. But i know there are a few others that feel this way. Personally i think that DICE and EA have gone dramatically down hill since the merge. But that's just my opinion.

Personally, the excuses feel like every other excuse for not buying BF since the beginning. I agree with Steel. Let's play together again. Good game or not...

I'm still waiting to hear specifics on server rentals, and how they're going to work... I don't like how hush hush they're being right now so close to release..

No excuses from me. I will not be wasting valuable assets on such a POS. Especially when i have a baby coming in less than 2 weeks. Unless you want to buy it for me then i'll play but otherwise I will continue to play the other battlefields and others. If the game was better I would make time for it, but thats next to impossible since my wife has been going through complications with the pregnancy for the past 3 months.

I'm sorry to hear your wife is having a difficult pregnancy.. My thoughts are with you guys.. As far as gaming, I've still been playing the HELL out of Bad Company for the past year.. There are still good servers, and many new ones...

I'm thinking of returning to the battlefield my self, and i look forward to killing you and killing with you in the field.
