Banned for Base Attacking

Hey what's up?

Basically I want to fill in what happened from my point of view. I got into the Air Server when it was on Operation Firestorm. Spawning as a Russian I got into the Flanker and headed off, I was engaging at enemy planes ( poorly ) and I got into a one on one dogfight. After it was over and I flew away towards the US base I noticed a UH-1Y Venom ( I think that is the US transport ) I saw it was in the air so I took the shot... This is what I am assuming I was banned for. Ironically, it was actually sitting on the ground and not flying and noone was in the helicopter at all. I then got shot down and bailed. Then I was banned from the server.

Getting banned for this reason is really embarrassing because I should have been thinking about it and how nearly 100% of servers are against base killing. I felt the same way you do when you accidentally TK, After it happened I thought... "What was I thinking." I'm very sorry and I hope this is only a temp ban.

If it is permanent I understand, there are enough people who you cannot trust who do stupid stuff like this. I just hope you guys can spare me because I really like S&H's community, I've been in TS before ( Ages ago ) and I like the change of pace because it is a respectful community. Lastly, I've I just hope this is not permanent because now that I finally have time to play BF3 again I would be upset not to spend it on your servers.

Let me just hit this quick, I'll take the punishment for a week or whatever it is, I guess I deserve it for not thinking I just hope this is not permanent.

Hey snorkle welcome to the forums,

we will look into this further and get the details from the banning admin. mean while if you would take a look at the server rules and CoC so that you know the rules.

This is looking like it was a temp ban im guessing 24 hrs. if you could read the CoC and just be aware then things should be fine. 24hr bans dont show up on the server files so it must run its course so after that time and you cant join the server let me know.
