| {Strength & Honor} is committed to integrating consistant moral values in everything we do. It’s not only the foundation of our gaming community, but also a key factor in how we evaluate and select our admins. Our values guide us on "how" we admin our servers and achieve results. At Strength & Honor, we hold our leaders to an even higher level of accountability. ____________________________________________________________________________ {S&H} Server Rules: 1. Disrespecting other players will get you kicked/banned. Please show regard to others by taking your turn or balancing the teams.
2. Mocking God or using His name in vain will get you kicked or permanently banned for repeated offense.
3. Foul language or vulgar name tags will not be tolerated (i.e. racist, sexual, profane, etc.); which is an immediate kick (NO questions asked). Repeat offenses will get you banned.
4. Intentional team killing for any reason will result in a 24 hour ban or a permanant ban if behavior continues.
5. Please do not taunt someone killed in game. That would include continuing to shoot the body, or standing over the body or anything that might be perceived as insulting. If you are asked to stop and you do not, you may be kicked/banned.
6. Binds / Macros: -Mousewheel-Controller-Execution macros for in-game use are prohibited.
7. Exploitation of known or unknown glitches are prohibited. This includes the act of standing on a treetop or ledge that would normally not be enough for a person to stand on.
8. Spawn Camping is prohibited. Spawn Camping is a deliberate attempt to "stake out" spawn spots, not merely killing someone that spawns right in front of you as you're running by, or killing someone who spawns right next to you as you're trying to take a flag. It is not considered spawn camping if you are merely trying to help your team get the flag. However, you must have teammates on the flag. If your teammates are all killed in the process, you must back off of the spawn spots or get on the flag yourself. This rule applies to Conquest mode only, Rush mode is not bound to this rule.
9. No attacking the uncaps in conquest mode.
10. Repeatedly ignoring server rules will get you kicked/banned.
11. All visitors, members, and admins are responsible for their own registered accounts. If someone else is using your account name and IP, ...YOU will be held accountable for any violations that might occur. This applies to Teamspeak and all game servers.
12. Obey our admins and respect them when on our servers. If you disagree with them, please take it to a PM. Ignoring multiple warnings or disrespecting admins will get you kicked and possibly banned. ____________________________________________________________________________ {S&H} Code of Conduct:
Members are expected to know and follow these set Codes of Conduct for game servers, the forums, and for Teamspeak at all times. 1. "Selfish interests must be subordinate to our common goal." These values will be upheld at all times.
2. Keep your posts professional and respectful with all registered users and members. Generally, if it isn't an appropriate thing to say or do on our S&H game server, then it isn't appropriate in the forums. Example: calling someone an idiot on our game servers will usually get you a warning. Repeated offense will get you banned.
3. Hateful or demoralizing content (ie: gossip, swearing, masked swearing, racial, sexual, or religious bashing) will not be tolerated.
4. Using Capital letters in posts is discouraged as it implies shouting to the reader. Instead, please use emoticons to relay your feelings.
5. Political arguments are discouraged. Constructive political debate is acceptable.
6. Private messaging is the preferred way to resolve differences. Communicate privately to the person you were offended by as opposed to making a public scene out of it. If this does not resolve your problem, bring it to the attention of S&H leadership for mediation.
7. All minors (under 18 years of age) are prohibited from giving out any personal information about themselves; including date of birth, address, or phone number. With that said, all adults registered on the forums (member or not) are not to ask a minor for any personal information.
8. Any member that is a minor (under 18 years of age) that would like to post a picture of themselves and/or their family must first obtain permission from their parent/guardian. Personal pictures are only to be posted in the appropriate forum.
9. If you sign into the forums and see that your original post and all responses under it have been deleted, do not re-post asking what happened to the original thread. If you like, you may email leadership at S&H and they will provide you with a reason after the original posting and responses have been reviewed.
*Posts that violate these rules may be deleted immediately by a moderator (or a member of the leadership team) with no reason given to original poster. When a post is deleted, the post will be copied to the leadership forum for possible disciplinary measures.
10. Anyone caught boosting their stats or visiting stat padding servers will be dismissed from Strength & Honor. We take cheating and exploiting very seriously and want to make it clear that it will not be tolerated here.
11. Members are expected to represent {S&H} both on and off our servers, therefore wear your tags with honor and integrity. When you wear the {S&H} tag, you are a representative of our group as a whole.
12. We never kick players to make room for {S&H} members. Members will wait their turn to get on the servers.
13. Members and recruits are expected to wear their S&H tags respectively at all times. Do not take them off when you play on other servers or when you play other games. All exceptions to this rule need to be preapproved by the leadership team.
14. When you sign up to compete in a friendly scrimmage or a competitive scrimmage, be committed to it. When you simply quit because something better came up, it effects the entire team; so please only sign up when available and only cancel when it's an emergency.
15. Members must be in our Teamspeak when on our game servers; not only does it improve team play and communication, but it will help you reach an admin whenever necessary.
16. Members are expected to register and use the forums weekly to stay up to date.
17. Do not leave angry. If there is an issue between you and any other member, seek to bring about resolution as outlined in our CoC. If you however do decide to resign from the group, please send a PM to one of the leadership team.
18. While we don’t have participation requirements, members that are inactive for more than a year may be removed from the membership list without notice.__________________________________________________________________________ {S&H} League Rules:1. "SELFISH INTERESTS MUST BE SUBORDINATE TO OUR COMMON GOAL." These values will be upheld at all times.
2. Participating members are expected to follow the Strength & Honor Code of Conduct (hereby CoC) for all league play, game servers, forums, and Teamspeak at all times.
3. When members play in league and ladder servers, they will represent Strength & Honor within said venue with honor and integrity. When you wear the {S&H} tag, you are a representative of our gaming community.
4. Participation in league / ladder teams is open to all members of Strength & Honor regardless of their level of experience or length of time within our community. Although the league team will be supported by our community as a whole, individual involvement is completely voluntary.
5. Individuals playing in leagues will be held accountable to the Admins and Core Leaders of Strength & Honor. There will be two Admins acting as League Liaisons. These Admins will be the primary contacts responsible for concerns associated with league competition. The League Liaison positions are voluntary and open to Strength & Honor Admins, to be approved by the community Admin Council.
6. Our goal for league participants is to build a sense of coordination and teamwork while furthering Strength & Honor's primary objective to provide a pleasant, courteous, and enjoyable gaming environment for everyone.
7. It is understood by all participants that league play requires a more intense level of teamwork that is not normally found in casual gaming. Participants should be willing to commit to the levels of practice needed to be competitive. Individual sacrifice and denial of personal achievement should be subordinate to overall team competitiveness and comraderie. This statement falls in line with the mission statement of the founders for our community.
8. The well-being of our overall community is the primary goal for all its members. This includes, but is not limited to the voluntary starting of empty servers and participation in community wide events such as Monday Night Madness and Intercommunity Scrims. It will be the responsibility of the team members and the League Admins to coordinate league play as not to interfere with community events.
9. Strength & Honor was founded as a totally inclusive gaming community. The formation of any individual groups, cliques, alliances, or associations unsupportive to Strength & Honor will not be tolerated.____________________________________________________________________________ {S&H} Conflict Resolution:Please use PM's to deal with personal problems between individuals. Please make changes in how you are dealing with people if need be. If a problem between people arises publicly, please do not take sides and post your opinion. Allow the problem to be solved between the individuals and leadership if needed.____________________________________________________________________________ {Strength & Honor}..."Honor" is that of... Principled uprightness of character; personal integrity. A mark, token, or gesture of respect or distinction. High respect, as that shown for special merit. A code of integrity, dignity, and pride. To hold in respect, of high esteem. Good name, reputation. A great privilege.
