New Server Needs Some Tweaks

Yeah, so....the 3 recon limit needs to go. Terrible idea, especially considering if you're not careful you get 2-3 deaths right away cause it's difficult to switch and there's no easy way to see how many snipers there are before you try to go into recon class.

I finally have time to play and now I can't play on my favorite server.

The recon is first come first server. When you die it does not go against you. And there is another Rush server without the max recon.
