TAG Squad Practice

Hello everybody, I had an idea I would like to share with you guys !

So I was thinking about our scrim the other day with BAW, and I have to say we did a great job of defending. I think however, we can do even better. One of the major flaws we had in my view was the fact that there was too much confusion, we had 16 people and we weren't very organized, it was confusion from the start. I think we can be more affective with organized groups of 6 and no more. Having more than 6 people to command can be too confusing. I think we should set up three different squads.

Each squad will have 5 members and 1 leader totaling to a group of 6.

We will practice with each squad for a month, each squad leader is responsible for getting their squad ready. Practice times and squad tactics will be set up by the squad leader or will be chosen by the squad, ultimately its up to the squad leader to decide. Each squad is completely separated from other squads, they will not practice with the others squad or scrim with each other. (the reason for this, is it may cause confusion and if one group practices with another to much they may have advantage over other groups.) At the end of the month we will have a scrim with all 3 squads and see who does the best, we will also talk about how we could improve and do better.

We will have different leaders who will be appointed every month. And different squad members. (possibly we may keep the winner squad and move them on to the next round without switching them around, that however is just an idea). And remember the only reason we are making each squad with 6 people is because of confusion, we are in no way trying to leave anybody out, in fact the reason we have 3 squads is in order to involve more people. We still do not have leaders no squad members assigned, once we have enough members we will choose 3 squad leaders. After the squad leaders are chosen we will select you into squads.

I highly recommend voluntary Squad Leaders for TAG practice.
Nominating a person could put them into a situation they may not want.
Reminder: We are a casual gaming community, NOT a clan!
