| I have a clan mate that got banned from one of your servers.
I know very little about the situation but i would like to know why he got banned
I'd like to try to help clear his name if I can.

| I can find no record of the player name on our Ban List
Furthermore I also can find no stats on that player name or any record of that player name ever logging into any server streaming to PBBans.
Be sure to Get his Exact Player name minus any clan tags and PM me his PB Guid and I will look into it
Also what server is he banned from and when ? and what is the exact message he gets when trying to join the server

| Did some more research and found this [img]  [/img] Seems your clanmate is fond of Aimbots He has been Globally banned by EvenBalance more than once I would suggest he purchase yet another CD key and stop cheating or stick with non PB Enabled Servers | |
