Hello, my name is Sonny.

My Battlefield Bad Company 2 in-game name is Helfette, and my Teamspeak nick is Shiiitpickle.

I have been on your BFBC2 and TS server a lot of times, but last week i was permanently banned for no apparent reason, i did not receive a warning of any sorts, just one day when i was about to join it said i was perma banned.

Please shed some light on my problem.

Ban was lifted. An admin banned you for TS user name . Please use your ingame name while on TS.

Your Welcome but just remember to change your ts name when you join us or we will have to reinstate the ban due to the fact that we do have younger players that do belong to our community and come on ts and game with us.

Your name in TS should match your in-game name so we can identify who you are. Thank you.

As does most people do, but i understand that you care about the younger people that might take offense.

I have change my nick on your TS server to Helfette.
