Multi-core processor core parking Fix.

For those of you who are having shuttering issues while playing BF4, with Intel I7 Cpus try this fix. It has to due with un-parking idled cores. Some others have tested it and had really good results.

Download file, then extract, open folder labeled Unpark-CPU-App, click Item labeled: UnparkCPU, a window will come up, click check status(it will take a second, then it will show your parked cores, click unpark all, and Run and Check your performance in BF4.
So far we have seen decent results with 2 I7 cpus and 1 AMD 8 core, so it works with both apparently, but results may vary.
