Regarding Complaints

If anyone wishes to file a complaint we would prefer that instead of posting in the forums that you send a PM to one or two Admins. Their names will show up as red on the forum. This is so that we don't have flame wars happening in the forums and there is not a gigantic mess for us admins to clean up after. On that note, please be mindful of how you may come across in forum posts. You have the time to read over your post before you submit it. If you feel like you're coming off as hostile and accusing it's probably best not to post and reword your message. Remember, tone does not translate very well in written form so be careful with sarcasm!

If you have concerns about other members that you wish to report we will make sure to maintain your anonymity if the issue is brought up during a community meeting or if we, the admins, speak with that player. Please do not hesitate to tell us of any problems, we are here to help.
