We have ended a very successful year at Strength & Honor and I couldn't be more proud of the critical role our admin team has played in acheiving these accomplishments. Last year at this time, our community was still in it's infancy. We challenged everyone with a sense of urgency when we changed IP addresses mid year. With focus to improve our community, we succeeded. The outcome speaks for itself. We achieved a top 100 ranking with our Air Maps server. We have implimented a new structure for admins to share the responsibilities. There is no one person to carry the load, all our admins have volunteered responsibility for certain tasks within our community. I am proud of what our team has accomplished and I hope you are too. Our admins have embraced key roles at Strength & Honor and remain focussed on delivering outstanding results moving forward. Wherever you are, please except my very best wishes to you and your families for a Happy New Year. Let's start 2012 reinvigorated and ready to build upon the great success we had in 2011.
