Please Help Banned for no reason?

Hi this is my first post but I just want to say that you guys HC Air Maps server is amazing. It's the only server I play on if possible I really love it.

I've been playing on it since release basically with 0 problems but I am currently banned. I said the word "nigga" in my squad chat because I was quoting some song lyrics to my friend who I was playing and out of nowhere I got instantly perma-banned. This was really crushing I love you guys server and I didn't even get a warning or anything like that before just one strike and instant perma-ban. I really hope you guys could reverse the ban for me I'd appreciate it so much as your server was my favorite and really the only server I played on.

we have a plugin on the server the will automatically ban players that use racist remarks

We also have some of these rules scrolling in the chat box on our servers. I believe there is one that says foul language and racial comments will get you banned. Read our Code of Conduct then jump into Teamspeak when time permits and ask to speak with an admin.

I understand but I feel like it's a little harsh to get banned so quickly when I didn't even use it in a hateful way or say it where the rest of the server. I'll jump in teamspeak a little later, thanks for the quick replies.

After you do this and speak to a admin we will consider removing your ban.
