TK punish plugin

We are now running this plugin on all servers. Basically if you are tked you have the option to punish or forgive that player
!punish will kill the tker, should help with ppl tking for vehicles
!forgive will forgive the player

If a TK occurs and there is no action taken, what happens?
Do we have the TK limit setup to ban the player after so many?

If no action is taken it just times out , this is handled via plugin

And the regular tk punishment is still in effect it kicks after 5 teamkills . this setting is a server setting on the backend

We need a plugin for INRV usage. Crazy that thing works that well in daylight.

This will alleviate much of the policing we had to do for excessive TK's. Now if we could only get PBbans to ramp it up. Great job by all our proactive Admins who've been a step ahead of PB on many ocassions. The group effort to fine tune our servers is beginning to show. We continue to rank up on GameTracker. That's progress!

I just find it rediculous that you get the measure before the countermeasure. It's extremely stupid that they set it up that way.
