Just wanted to share this awesome work done today:
45,000lbs of potatoes brought to Christ Church today, over 300 volunteers came out to bag. We finished bagging in about an hour. Had projected 3-5 hours with 100 volunteers. It was amazing to get finished so quickly. Had a huge lunch with lots of left overs which we took into St Louis to feed the homeless in parks and on the water front.

God is Good!

That's a LOT of potatoes!! That's awesome how many volunteers you folks got. Smile

Are these used for feeding church members? Or for local homeless/needy?

It's for the local food pantries, soup kitchens, and church stores (for needy & homeless)

Our church helped refill the local metro area as far north as Alton and as far south as Dupo (if you know the area)
