I was flying the helicopter when Bongwater 4:20 shot me down and kileld me twice, I proceed to tk him since no admin awas doing anything about it. I tked him and as he flew the heli i shot at him...

Im sorry about this but I dont feel a permanent ban is necessary since Im a decent regular and it was only out of self defence..

Purposely tking another player is unacceptable in our servers as well. Two wrongs NEVER make a right.

Along with the racist remarks, it looks like you used some foul language in there as well. There are younger players out there and we do not like to see players cussing on our servers. Personally, and I'm sure a few others here would agree with me, if you have the time to type that kind of language into the chat you may as well not be playing the game.

We will discuss this & reply back shortly. Some players do make mistakes & we are not a big evil clan that dosent recognize this.

Thanks for the consideration and I really didn't mean to do any of that but I had wished that the admin, whom decide to ban me, would have showed his presence when bongware 420 decided to tk me 3 times, at least an acknowledgment would be fair. Thanks for the time

the whole time you were chating all this i was dealing with Dr.Bong 4:20 i was not going to ban u at that point then you decided to take matters into your own hands and started tking.
i dont think its the players job to admin when i was dealing with it if you would have just kept playing you would have been fine.

like i said i wasnt going to ban you after the warning for the comment but you then decided to tk 4 players after the warning i gave you for the comment.
how do we know if we let you back on the server you wont pull a stunt like this again.

Teamkilling is set to kick automatically. Another TK and he would've been kicked (problem solved). We apologize for not catching it earlier, but your retaliation thru teamkilling and racial comments / foul language is where you crossed the line, resulting in a ban. Teamkilling, for any reason, is not tolerated and will be dealt with thru Procon (ex: Dr.Bong 4:20). Foul language and racial comments will result in a ban.

I never repeated anything racist after u warned me so I dont know why thats an issue.

About the other tks: I only thought they were Dr Bong cuz i saw him fly away in the Heli but i guess i got the wrong heli, even though tking isnt ok.

This was just a foul mistake and wont be done again if im unbanned. I wish I knew there was an admin kicking Dr Bong I wouldve been a good boy xD

i warned you of racial remarks at that point you knew there was an admin on....you then continued to tk after that.

now if we do remove the ban 2 things need to be done-

-then you need to join our team speak and look me up and we will talk about it.

then we will let you know about the ban, we dont want to be hard asses but we have these rules in place to create an enjoyable environment for gaming,and when players take things into there own hands about disciplining other players never is a good thing.
