i still have nightmares about beta days, when it was nothing but Port Valdez for weeks, every server, every where, all over the world!!

imo, none of the new maps (except for the snow one), are good for Rush......Rush is a fast paced game and most new maps are too big and open for that.

I think just the oposite, the big maps are great for Rush, the attackers now are required to use teamwork and strategy instead of just a mass bum rush to the objectives, with a coordinated attack using armor and snipers, a team as to have a good mix of everything to be successful and it has to work together, otherwise its not going to take the first set of objectives

I see your point, Crool. I guess it boils down to personal preference.
For me personally, I lose interest in the map when after the first set of attacker deaths in Rush, the defense gets set in and just snipes the crap out of everyone rushing to one point on this huge map. These new maps especially provide little coverage to move in for the attack.....nothing like running across an open field waiting for the deer hunters to take their shot and all you have to hide behind is a bush or small rock. I think the big maps are great for conquest because it spreads the play out, whereas Rush is meant to be focused on one area; which is why I think the smaller maps play more balanced for Rush Mode, and Large Maps for Conquest.

But to each his own.

My vote for maps are Valparaiso, Arica Harbor, Port Valdez and the new maps with the exception of cold war (we can leave that map out). Ya'll have a good day.

Port Valdez, Valparaiso, Arica Harbor are the best maps for RUSH. The newer maps are better for Conquest. I wonder why DICE didn't do a Rush map using Panama Canal? Too small I guess.
