| So for everyone wondering why I have had no money, I have been saving everything I could and then some to purchase our first house. Needs a little love but we finally got it and are living in it now. Fully paid for, no morgage or past bills.

It is a great feeling. I have never lived in a house we owned ourselves. I think it is about time. And we got a STEAL on this house. 3 Bedroom, nice kitchen, full size basement, Nice if a bit small bathroom, and a nice Loft upstairs. Paid $6,000 cash for it. Only need's cosmetic repair's such as a few pieces of trim, one of the gutters needs to be replaced, and the furnace is acting goofy. All besides the furnace I can repair myself. | |
