Banned on the hardcore air maps server

I was just banned for team killing on the hardcore air server. I had C4 on my jeep when the Havoc spawned. I jumped out and somebody ran in front of my driverless jeep, thereby killing them. I was banned shortly after. My in-game name in C4ples.

I play here a lot and it is my favorite server. It is also the only server I can reliably connect to from my post in Korea.

How can you get punished for a TK if you weren't in the Jeep when it killed him???

I'm just over in Daegu at Walker. I've been here about 7 months now.

If noone can claim this ban, and or did not sign it or respond, I suggest we unban this man!!!!!
