So, I can see giving a bit of leniency if the tk's were unintentional or if the admin was unsure the tk was unintentional. However, you admitted it. Otherwise, it would be a 24 hr ban.

Sorry about that.... He has gotten me banned on a couple occasions, but this is one that I kinda care about...

Don't try.. DO IT! Based on what I am reading, if you couldn't give us a guarantee that it won't happen again, I would not unban you.. But I am leaving that up to the admin staff..

So, you're saying that it wasn't you playing, huh? The time between when your friend said in game that you were going to appeal and the time you wrote the message in the forum was just 4 min. That leaves just about the amount of time needed to register in our forums and post the message. The time between when you were banned and your first post in the forum was only 5 min. That leaves only 1 minute for you to "get home," walk to your computer, catch your friend playing, have him explain you to the circumstances of the ban, etc. etc. I'm sorry, I just don't believe you and I'm not un-banning you.

However, if you truly are sorry and I'm just misreading you, then join our ts sometime when I am on it and apologize. If I believe that you are sincere, we will discuss what to do from there.
